The Buddha Bowl. An exotic, seasonal array of mixed vegetables, grilled and marinated sliced tofu and fresh brown rice.  All topped with a scrumptious, house made Teriyaki-Tamari sauce. $8

 

 


Tuna Melt. Made with jackfruit, walnuts, red onion, organic pickle relish, Veganaise, and special herbs and spices. Top that with melted Daiya cheese, grill it and presto, a unbelievable sandwich you have to taste to believe! $7.5



Unstoppable “Meatball” Sub. Three “meatballs” made with sunflower seeds, kidney beans, tomatos, ciabatta bread pieces, red onion, herbs and spices set in a french roll with herbed maranara and melted Daiya cheese. $8



Soup du Jour. The vegan version of the soups you know and love from Chunky Tomato Bisque to Potato Leek.  Healthy, fresh and packed with flavor.  $4.5

      Hmm….we’re thinking about this one…sometimes this decision requires a taste session and we have to make sure whatever it is will last a few hours on the cart. We’ll post it as soon as we know. Thanks for checking in!

      Everyday we have the classic bowl, which comes with mixed veggies and soy chicken with a soy-ginger-garlic sauce and we also have the same bowl with a sweet teriyaki sauce. Thanks for clarifying!

    Hi! I made my first visit to your cart today. I really enjoyed my Thai Coconut Curry plate. It was really good and tasty (and I’m not a vegan!)! I’ve never had soy “chicken” before today. I really like it! You can count on me coming back.

      Awesome, although our dishes are meant free, they aren’t flavor free! A large contingent of our regulars are not Vegetarians:)

    I just tried the Buddha Bowl and it is so delicious. The flavor is amazing. Thank you for the suggestion – I can’t wait to try the Tuna Melt. Keep up the good work : )
